was shopping at your store in Oswego,il. rt.34 and douglas RD.
AND WAS WALKING BY YOUR BAKERY DEPT. AND THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SCRAMING LOAD AT ONE OF THE WORKERS THAT IS REALLLY UNCALLED FOR IN A JEWEL STORE I WASNT THE ONLY ONE THAT TURNED AROUND AND JUST COULD NOT BELEAVE THAT WAS HAPPING THOSE THINGS SHOULD BE DONE IN A OFFICE IF THATS HOW THE MANAGER IS GOING TO BE AT YOUR STORE BUT IT WAS UNCALLED FOR ANYWAYS THEY ARE WORKERS NOT THERE KIDS
Reason of review: no one should be screamed at infont of consumer.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

It sounds like you don't work in retail and if you do, you're too uneducated. There are employees who are just mean and rude too others employees and too customer.
So you're going too stop and think about that, because making assumptions or accusations. All you are doing is you're running your mouth proves who arrogant and hateful you are.

If an Employee is not doing what they are supposed to be doing they need to be Screamed at!!!!!!!
Otherwise they will never Change / Care !!!!!
I just came from jewel and had to hold acting managers hand on 3 different price problems.
Ridiculous , you must be similar if you think people don't need a scolding. !!
