Jewel Osco - Rude Cashier
Today I was at my local Jewel Osco that I regularly shop at and a very rude cashier (Devon) told me the wrong price for an item and after I corrected him by telling him the actaul price written on a sign by the item he rudely yelled at me to go tell customer service about it and not bother him about it.This is disrespectful treatment toward any customer particularly one who has always brought their business to Jewel Osco like myself.If this is the way this cashier treats all customers I wouldnt be surprised if people stopped shopping there completely.In case you havent understood customers go there to shop NOT to get disrespected!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

And the same thing is said about employees and managers. These employee or managers don't need to deal with entitled customers.
What's the real reason? There's always two sides to the story.
I am betting that you're the one that was disrespectful. It sounds like you're lying and fabricating details as well.
To: Jewel Osco (Rude Cashier) Review, I am so sorry too hear about your experience. No customers should be yelled and screamed at by an employee or an manager.
There is something you could do about this, hoping this helps you out. I used too work for this company, and know what you're going through. You should call the number too the store or too the corporate office and complain about the employees and the management. They were more like fire those rude and arrogant employees and manager.

Why are backing up entitled customers? It's so clear that is customer is looking to try to start something!
