Second time problem at jewel /lake zurich on rand road same department Deli went to get chicken wings on Friday night around 745 ones in case were a bit dried out HUNTER the young person working behind counter was very upset that he couldn't sell me them and asked for fresh so he proceeded to throw the bucket in the garbage apparently he was mad I didnt know employees were not paid after a certain time of being there otherwise why would he have gotten so upset about requesting fresh items at 7:50 pm? Another customer was standing there asking for the same request she told me he made a gun gesture to his head what is going on if you dont want to work let someone else have the job.
I called on Monday morning to speak to the DM (Dan or Dave really couldnt understand his name that he sputtered) of that store not available left a mess for call back. Called Corporate again 4:00 they put me through to a women left a mess for her, no response. So I called Tuesday Am and asked operator June what is the point if this Customer Support center if customers are not heard or acknowledge. She transferred nw ti Monica OPERATIONS OFFICE!!!
To which she proceeded ti telk me " mame they are really busy and not here to know of your concern, I said oh they are not provided nor these DM cannot call and check mess? Wow
