Thought I would use this online ordering service for my father-in-law who lives in Chicago - we live in Georgia. Found a coupon for $20 off and free delivery on first order - great right?

Well, my grocery total came to $59 (after coupon and free delivery) I paid via credit card. However, my credit card statement showed that I was charged $90.88. When I pulled up the past order on the my account page - there was yet another total $70.85. Called the number they posted in the contact us for help section.

Was placed on hold found another phone number while I was waiting, used my cell phone to call that number - two phones going. I was fortunate that I had a wait time only of 15 mins on this number: 877-505-****

The girl that answered the phone could not explain the different totals. She said there were bag fees? Um...

$30 worth?? Then it was "well there were substitutions made and that caused a price difference" - wow, you mean "bait and switch" sounds illegal.... then it was the different stores charge different prices - well, I was purchasing online with online pricing.... And why then did the 'store' have the final charge as $70.85 but the credit bill say $90.88??

No answers could be given - or actually the answers kept changing. Finally, I demanded that she do something to make this right - "what can you do to make this correct because you cannot even explain why there was such a difference - what refund can you give me?" She offered $50 off my next online purchase.... um what next online purchase .... and in other words that could easily be worth what $5 and another huge chunk of time and headache.

I said I'd like my $30 difference refunded back on my credit card. She said she couldn't do that much $ because she had already put the $50 on my account. So I said $20 then. Got it!

So basically we lost $10 because I'll be dammed if I'm going to trust ordering this again even with $50 credit THAT IS HOW TERRIBLE THIS "SERVICE" is ---- buyer beware. Wish they had a negative on the rating scale above - because that's what it was a NEGATIVE experience.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: tell the world how terrible your service is.

Sorry but when customers play the entitlement card. Then they don't have common sense.

All that they are doing is looking to start something with the employee or managers or looking for something for free. I am going to guess and go out onto an limb here. You're one of them. It's beyond me why customers like you think you're able to get away with this.

You're not. You're going to get called out and confronted for your stupidity.
