Pharmacy staff member gave inaccurate information over the phone
I called the pharmacy at the Oak Forest location to ask whether a Tetnis shot would be available at the pharmacy. The woman said yes.
I asked her how much it would cost and she said that there was no way of checking over the phone and that I would have to come in to the store. I drove to the store and talked to a nice young lady who helped me. I asked her about having to come in personally to get the cost of the vaccine and she said she could have given me the cost over the phone. I was not happy about having to come to the store personally to get that information.
Luckily, I was able to get the vaccine under my insurance. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received from the woman on the phone.
Preferred solution: Better customer service from the woman I talked to on the phone.
